Literally women displaying their distrust in the legal system. Women felt the need to take justice into their own hands to feel safe. Most of them had good intent. Some of the malicious. Some of them were more effective than others. The mindset was the same for most though.
The legal system isn’t working. Writing laws in to protect women isn’t working. After all, It’s not that I don’t rape people because I fear prison. I don’t rape people because I think it’s disgusting. I don’t understand how I live in a world where someone looks at an unconscious person and thinks "hmmmm...they can’t say no...amazing opportunity".
